our process
1. planning

This is all about strategy, consider exactly what you want recipients to do with your email and what will help achieve this. Is it to click on a certain link? Make contact with you? Complete a purchase? This will dictate above all else what information needs to be in your campaign and what doesn’t – always ask yourself regarding all the elements – does this help achieve our goals?

2. writing and design

This is where you take the plan and turn it into effective text, images and designs that you have decided will best achieve your goals. Once you have done this, you can even send it to use for our design gurus and wordsmith to check for improvements or corrections that can improve your e-marketing campaign’s chances of success.

3. sending

Once you have a completed email to send, you need to take your compiled list of recipients and choose the right time to send it to them. Be prepared thereafter for contacts, sales and/or enquiries to flow from this once it is sent.

4. Evaluating & Following up

When you send a campaign, the system will show you who is opening it, clicking links and forwarding it to their friends and collegues. This will be displayed on a fullscreen world map in real-time.

subscriber lists

Create as many lists to group your subscribers as you need. The system automatically handles all new signups, unsubscribes and bounces behind the scenes. Subscriber lists can be imported from existing databases using Excel. You can also export your subscriber lists to an Excel file.
